Mobcrush
Mobcrush, Inc. (“Mobcrush”) is a mobile technology company, focused on developing a platform for live video streaming platform for mobile and connected devices. The founders have been working on and developing the core technology since H2 2013. The Company was incorporated in July 2014, and the first beta version of the Mobcrush app was launched in January 2015 to select users. The Company’s initial target market is the live mobile game streaming, with future potential plans to explore music, sports, and news. The Company has developed a unique technical and product solution to stream the mobile media experience live, including video, audio, and camera from the mobile user’s device.
Mobcrush worked with ACG to pursue incentives for expansion in California and were awarded $1.2MM in April of 2018.
Frank Recruitment Group
Abbott Consulting Group worked with Frank Recruitment Group, a leading global staffing, and recruiting firm focused exclusively on the enterprise software market, to negotiate incentives for the opening of its Philadelphia office. The company plans to hire 250 people, most of whom will be recent college graduates interested in becoming recruiters. FRG provides robust training and support that prepares new hires to become specialists who recruit and place technology experts in jobs around the world. In April of this year, FRG was acquired by TPG Growth, the middle market buyout and growth equity platform of leading alternative asset firm TPG.
Watlow Enhances Lean Journey
State Incentives Help Watlow to Expand
Watlow worked with the Abbott Consulting Group to offset costs associated with their Lean journey in their United States locations. The Abbott Consulting Group was able to negotiate incentives in both Missouri and California to help offset over $2.5 Million in Operational Excellence costs which helped Watlow to re-invest in their business and ultimately expand their US presence.
Watlow is the largest custom designer and manufacturer of industrial electric heaters, sensors, and controllers; with offices and manufacturing facilities around the world.

McCain – Burley Idaho Expansion
McCain Foods USA has announced plans to expand its Burley, Idaho manufacturing plant with the addition of a third production line. The Burley plant was
built in the 1960s and is one of several manufacturing plants McCain operates throughout the United States.“There is an increasing demand for potato products from customers nationwide
and around the world,” said Frank van Schaayk, Regional President, The Americas. “We made the decision to invest in our Burley plant because of its strong potato grower
community, highly capable workforce and tremendous support from the local and state government.”
McCain is investing more than $100 million to expand the capacity at Burley. The new third line will be operational by the end of 2015 and will make potato products for
the foodservice industry and restaurant chains. “Our plant employees are dedicated and proud to be part of a growing workforce,” said Jeff McCray, Plant Manager. “In addition to hiring more employees, we
plan to buy potatoes locally for the new third production line, which means more business for our local community.”

When Duke needed to up-level their training and reinforce their employees knowledge set with Lean Manufacturing, Steve Abbott worked with them to offset over a million dollars in costs. Working with their executive team and the State of Missouri we were able to negotiate a mutually beneficial set of incentives for Duke.
